π Tampered or Wrong Delivery? Weβve Got You Covered!
We rely on trusted third-party delivery partners. But on rare occasions, hereβs what to do:
- Received a tampered parcel? Donβt accept it. Let the delivery person know and inform us immediately.
- After receiving the parcel: Make a 360Β° opening video. Without it, we do not exchange products.
- Didnβt receive your parcel but marked as delivered? Notify us within 48 hours. Weβll verify with the courier.
- Still unsure after POD? If POD doesnβt match your case, weβll raise the issue and resend if confirmed lost.
